Customers need to arrive on site 60 minutes before their session for check in, safety briefings and changing time.

Failure to do this may result in you missing some or all of your session.

Flow House supplies the wetsuits and boards you need to ride the wave.

All you need to bring is your gift voucher or booking confirmation, swimwear, a towel and stuff to shower with.

YES! The FlowRider is a water based activity, so yes guys... your hair will get wet!

No, the price you pay when booking includes everything you need.

There are no hidden costs that we will spring on you.

Our wetsuits go up to XXL – But if this won’t fit you it doesn’t mean you can’t take part.
People are more than welcome to wear a t-shirt and shorts.

The reason we recommend the wetsuits so that you don’t get too cold.

Also if you have your own you are more than welcome to bring it with you!

No problem! 75% of the people that come to our site have never been on a FlowRider before.
All of our sessions are run by our experienced instructors who take you through everything step by step.

Due to the speed of the water glasses are not permitted on the ride.

Contact lenses are allowed although if they do fall out it is inevitable that they will be lost and non-returnable.
 

There is no age limit but instead a height restriction.

People must be 107cm for body boarding and 132cm for stand up riding.

The water runs at approximately 24 degrees.

We give all customers a wetsuit to stop you getting cold whilst waiting for your next go.

The water is just like your local swimming pool. It is chemically chlorinated to keep it fresh and safe for everyone.

Our standard FlowRider sessions run with up to 12 people on 1 hour. If you want to have less people hiring the ride privatly gives you the right to put from 1 to 24ppl in a session.

The session works by each person taking turns on the ride.
Everyone starts with bodyboarding on the stomach and then move to stand-up riding.
 

All of our sessions run with one of our experienced instructors. They are there to guide you through your experience and of course to ensure the safety of all participants.
