It is with great regret that we must announce the immediate closure of Flowhouse Ltd.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your business, loyalty and support throughout the years. It has been a pleasure to share in the happiness, laughter and smiles the flowrider experience has given so many.

Please read the following information if, or how, this will affect you. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this causes.

We are happy to inform you that Bodyflight has taken over the Flowrider operation at our Bedford location but unfortunately Flowhouse (Yorkshire) at Centre Xscape has closed its doors.

Please contact Flowhouse via email only regarding any concerns you may have. Please do not attempt to contact Bodyflight via telephone regarding your Flowhouse vouchers or bookings as they will not be able to discuss this with you.

Customers who have purchased a voucher from Flowhouse Ltd, What does this mean for you?
Did you wish to use your voucher at the Flowhouse in Bedford?

This is no problem. You will still be able to redeem your voucher online via www.bodyflight.co.uk

Did you wish to use your voucher at the Flowhouse in Yorkshire?

You have two options:

  1. You can redeem your voucher to use on Flowrider at Bodyflight Ltd in Bedford. You can redeem online via www.bodyflight.co.uk
  2. You can request a refund*. Please contact reception@flowhouse.co.uk

*Flowhouse Ltd are not able to guarantee a refund.

Customers who have purchased a voucher from a 3rd Party Voucher Supplier, What does this mean for you?
Did you wish to use your voucher at the Flowhouse in Bedford?

This is no problem. You will still be able to redeem your voucher online via www.bodyflight.co.uk

Did you wish to use your voucher at the Flowhouse in Yorkshire?

You have two options:

1. You can redeem your voucher to use on the Flowrider at Bodyflight Ltd in Bedford. You can redeem online via www.bodyflight.co.uk

2. You can request a refund* from the 3rd party voucher company where you originally purchased. Please contact them immediately for further information.

*3rd party voucher suppliers are not able to guarantee a refund. Where a refund is unavailable an exchange or alternative may be offered.

Customers who have an existing booking at one of our Flowhouse venues, What does this mean for you?
Is your booking (including parties) at the Flowhouse in Bedford?

This is no problem, your booking will not be affected. You do not need to do anything but if you wish to speak to anyone regarding your booking please email reception@bodyflight.co.uk

Is your booking (including parties) at the Flowhouse in Yorkshire?

You have two options:

1. You may be able to rebook your experience (subject to availability) on the Flowrider at Bodyflight Ltd in Bedford. Please email reception@flowhouse.co.uk immediately to make the arrangements.

2. You can request a refund*. Please email reception@flowhouse.co.uk

*Flowhouse Ltd are not able to guarantee a refund.
