Bringing a large group of friends or your business for a unique experience?

At Flow House we can offer a package catered to your inidvidual needs depending on your numbers and your budget.

Our group rates work best for groups of 10 people or more.

As well as running our own FlowRider sessions at our per head price (see our prices section) we offer people the ability to privately hire the ride.

The perks of doing this are:

• The ride will have just your group on with no other members of the public
• You can bring up to 24 people for a 1 hour session (Remember the more people you bring the less goes everyone gets.)
• You can have a say on how the session is structured

1 Hour Private Hire Would you like to have the wave for just you and your friends. Is it a special occasion and time to do something a little different. Privately hiring the wave gives you all the same benefits as a normal session but you can choose to exceed the standard maximum capacity of 12ppl and now have a maximum of 24ppl on the session.	24	£400.00	Weekdays (2pm - 10pm) Sat - Sun (9am - 10pm)
1 Hour Private Hire (Off-Peak) Take advantage of this great Off-Peak offer. Privately hire the wave giving you all the same benefits as a normal session, but you can choose to exceed the standard maximum capacity of 12ppl and now have a maximum of 24ppl on the session.	24	£300.00	Weekdays (2pm - 10pm)

Team Building Sessions:

We can run your day exactly to fit your needs and time requirements...
A rough example of this would be:

• Morning coffee in our large Bar & Grill or private VIP Bar & lounge
• Followed by a session on the FlowRider where we can incorporate partner challenges and/or competition elements into the fun
• After this we can arrange an extensive choice of hot or cold food
• And finish up with a room to fit the scenario for an end of day brief/awards meeting.

Sales Meetings:

Being part of the larger Xscape Yorkshire site we can cater for meetings/confrences from 2 - 300 people and have various spaces to choose from.
Again refreshments can be supplied if needed along with a choice of lunch/dinner options.

Planning Your Event

The Venue

Flow House is available for exclusive use and has a number of areas that you can utilise for events.

• The main Flow House floor is approximately 250m² of space.
• The VIP Bar & lounge is approximately 150m² of space.
• We also have access to a range of standard conference rooms located adjacent to the Flow House.
   

When hired exclusively we will endeavour to be as flexible as possible with the layout of the rooms.

The Food

Dependant upon the type of event that you are holding we are able to offer a number of options for your refreshments throughout the day or night. More information is available on this Here.

The Entertainment

It's time to add your own flavour to your event. Choose to have a DJ take you on a journey from day to night or decide on something a little different. Flow House has links with a number of events and entertainment companies and we are happy to help create something a little out of the ordinary for you.
